As a Client Quote and Offer Coordinator at SF MARINE OFFSHORE AND INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY you will be responsible for the following:

  •  Preparing quotes for clients based on RFQs (Requests for Quotation) received.
  •  Sourcing various products and services as per client requirements.
  •  Submitting well-structured offers to clients within specified timelines.
  •  Utilizing basic MS Office skills to maintain accurate records and documents.
  •  Utilizing your negotiation skills to ensure the best possible terms for both our clients and our company.
  •  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  •  A semi-technical background with an advantage if you have experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing products and services, especially in the marine sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
